Happy Birthday Rylee! Thank you for the treats!

Kindergarten learned all about apples this week! We learned the life cycle, the parts of an apple, completed a taste test on different types of apples and graphed the results. We also enjoyed applesauce, apple cider and apple juice for snacks!

4th grade had a blast mixing colors to create color wheels 🎨

Congratulations to this amazing second grader! He just passed his addition facts on XtraMath!

Congrats to our OC XC on their run at Pender today. Jalie finished 10th with a season best (SB), Patrick got 4th moving up on the OC record board! Tucker and Logan both ran a PR and Levi a SB! JH: Rachel 4th, Austin 1st, Arthur 13, and Shawn 16 with a team 1st place finish!

O-C JH XC had a GREAT showing at our JH invite today. Both girls and boys team came away with 1st place! And ALL athletes earned a medal. Girls: Rachel 1st, Amelia 8th, Ceci 9th. Boys: Austin 1st, Arthur 4th, and Shawn 7th! Great running, Knights!

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Education of the School District of Oakland-Craig, in the County of Burt, in the State of Nebraska, a/k/a School District No. 014, has been scheduled for September 14, 2026 immediately following the Special Hearing to Set Final Tax Request. This meeting will be held at the Oakland-Craig Elementary Building at Oakland, NE, in the Board meeting room, which meeting will be open to the public. Second graders read "The Dot" by Peter H Reynolds. We learned how to never give up! Then we celebrated our learning with "dot day".

Great start to the Cross country season at the Logan View meet! PRs go to Ava, Patrick (5th!), Tucker, Logan, and Henry! JH- Austin earned the 1st place medal!, Arthur 6th, and Rachel 2nd! Great running OC!
