The elementary library would like to thank those who donated in memory of Dorthy Wallace, an OC elementary teacher for 31 years. Fifteen books were purchased and a nameplate will go inside the front cover honoring Mrs. Wallace.

OC is proud to have Tavis Uhing and Ben Loftis representing us at State Wrestling beginning Thursday, Feb. 17. The Knights will be heading out of town on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 5:40 p.m. Let's line the highway and wish them luck as they make their way to the CHI Center! The JH girls basketball games at Tekamah-Herman today have been postponed. We hope to see all of our fans tonight at our 1st round sub-district game at 6:00 against Omaha Nation. Wear your orange and white and be ready to encourage our kids as they launch into the post season!

Julie from UNL Extension visits monthly to teach a technology lesson from our TMC lab. This month we made light up superhero masks.

Today the fifth grade science class made their own water filter using activated charcoal some gravel and a few other items. Check out how clean is water looks.





Second graders had fun learning about Earth by playing the "Globe Game". They were trying to find out if there is more water or more land on Earth.
